How can I request a quotation?

Can I receive an artwork of the product with my logo and brand message?
We Better Plus believe in ensuring that our clients are 100% satisfied prior to placing an order and as such we have professional designers who can prepare the artworks of  your desired products featuring your particular logo and imprint requirements to assist you in your decision making process. We appreciate that you are often making a significant investment in such products and as such this service is free of charge and our artworks are usually turned around within a few hours subject to the quantity required.
 
What artwork is required?

Ideally we need your artwork in an eps, AI, or Corel Draw format. A jpeg or similar formatted file is not of a high enough resolution to provide for a truly professional finish. However, if you are struggling in this area our professional design team will prepare the necessary artwork free of charge.

Can I receive actual product samples?
We are more than happy to provide the actual sample, again to ensure that you the customer are 100% satisfied prior to making an order. And we will send you the sample photo before the samples being sent out in order to ensure everything is what you needed.

How do I place my order?
Once you are happy with the quotation, artwork and or product samples, if you wish to place an order, simply email us or call your dedicated sales girl and they will arrange and follow all your orders.

Will I see a proof of my order?
Once you have placed your order we will provide you with a sales confirmation or PI for your final approval before proceeding to production.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by TT. For new customer, 30% deposit payment is required on order placement, balance is paid before shipment.
 

How long will it take to do the samples?
Sample times vary on different products, the average time is about 5-7days. For lanyard, it needs 2 days for the close color, 5-7days dyed to match.
 

How long will it take to produce?
Production times vary depending on the actual product. The average lead time is around 10 to 15 days, however due to our superior purchasing and manufacturing power we can often pull strings to meet any specific deadline you may have. Our website also features a range of stock products which can be turned around much quicker, sometimes in only 2 days or in same day. Bespoke manufactured items will take considerably longer to deliver.
 

How do I know the quality of my orders?
We have QC team to control the quality of every process. And we will send you the pictures of pre-production samples, and productions samples. If you need, we will send you all the pictures of every process, so that you can trace the quality of goods.
 

How do I know my order status?
Our sales girl will send you the order status via email every week, so that you can know all your orders clearly.
 

Which way will the goods be delivered by?
We have sound logistic partners to offer you the most economic delivery way. And for express, we can use DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, and for air cargo and sea cargo, our agents will handle all the issues of shipping.
 

I have an item in mind that isn’t on the website – can you help?
In the majority of cases the answer is yes! We have access to hundreds of additional products including bespoke manufactured items. Simply contact our sales girls if you can't find the specific product you are looking for and they will do their utmost to meet your requirements.

Is it really worth buying promotional products?
There has been a whole host of research done on this subject and time and time again this research has shown that promotional gifts are amongst one of the most cost effective forms of marketing whether as incentives, giveaways, corporate gifts or fundraisers when compared with other options pound for pound. With our pricing structure it is also worth noting that the larger the quantity ordered the lower the unit price becomes thus providing you with even greater value.
